Examine the organizational patterns of the bodies of living organisms.

Number of biologcal activities are occured in the body of orgnisms. The body is organized to perform these biologcal activities. Cell is the basic structural and functional unit of organisms. A group of cells organized to perform a special function, is called a organ. (Eg : Heart, Lungs, Kidney, Plant leaf). Group of organs organized to perform a specific task is called a system.(Eg : Digestive sytem, Skeletal system, Respiratory system). Each living organism is made up of several systems. All systems work inter-relatedly to perform all body functions.
